This was the much anticipated day for Brooke and Anthony. The initial appointments were a bit of a challenge to complete but I think this session is definately one that differs from most. Afterall, how many times does a couple actually meet and plan a wedding starting from an airport!(unless you work in the airport industry)
From the very beginning, the images from the day were so magical and meaningful to both the couple and myself.
We began our session from a point that included the Airport’s manager personal plane. As I remembered the plane then looked at the colors that the couple chose, it just went so well together. There was no need to manipulate colors or search for any color harmony as it was right there from the very beginning.
In the album spread above, the colors just seem to pop and live so well together!
Now how about the yellows in the image above? Does the word “wow” come to mind? This couple was so easy to work with and that always seem to make the session that much more fun for everyone involved.
The image below resulted in an idea that I had when I visited the airport a few weeks ago. I wanted to show the couple actually in the sky and I knew this would be a bit of a challenge but with the help of portable lighting and the complete use of an airplane, I think I pulled it off !
The album spread below reprents, yet another well harmonized color pallete along with a couple of design elements that all came together to create the final image.
The final images of the day as we head back to the main entrance of the airport! A sincere thanks go out to the help and participation from the staff of the Williams airport in Raymond, MS.
