\"\"<\/a> For me, arriving in the nation’s capitol would be enough reason to take on just about any wedding. The wedding location was just perfect. It was just like being in the countryside of Mississippi, but with all the amenities of a big city just a short drive away.<\/p>\n

The view from the Billingsley House was just amazing as it overlooked a winding river and several hills along with a 180 degree view of beautiful landscapes as far as the eye could see. Leading up to the home was a weathered wood fence that added the element of age and history to this beautiful location.<\/p>\n

The inside of the home was chock full of original flooring, leather door hinges, and moulding. Wow! I knew before I pressed the shutter one time that the day was to be a photographic candy treat.<\/p>\n

Coordinator, friend, and sister; Yasmin was so eloquent in preparing all the details of the big day that it seemed as she had done this countless times before! She was definitely the conductor that orchestrated all the elements of this magnificent arrangement to ensure a successful piece in the end from the caterer, florist, cake, music, decorations, thru the last guest departing for the day.<\/p>\n

I would greet Danielle first. Beautiful. Though she was not yet dressed as a bride, she was both beautiful in spirit and as a person. Her confidence showed in her speech, expressions and by the natural way she carried herself throughout the preparation time and throughout the rest of the day.<\/p>\n

When Dock and the guys arrived, they were as calm as a pot of water! I knew when I saw them that this would be a piece of cake to photograph this group of guys who appeared not to have a worry in the world.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n
\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Now the ceremony would begin. Being a pastor’s daughter would make this ceremony more spiritual than some and I couldn’t be more proud to hear the vows and sermon from this wedding. I really could use any spiritual words I could get my ears to absorb at this point!<\/p>\n

As we wrapped up the day, I was able to create portraits of Danielle + Dock with the grand vistas that the area had to offer as well as take them away from all the action and excitement so they would have some time alone. This time alone would prove to be some of more intimate times since they were able to let their guards down and simply be themselves for a moment.<\/p>\n
