A couple of days ago I had the pleasure of photographing a familiar face. Latoya is someone whom I had known for at least 4 years or so and I was honored that she considered me to be her jackson ms wedding photographer. I just love it when I have a relaxed couple with great personalities! When I met Jermaine, he was full spirited and ready to move forward with the session with excitement and vigor. (Two thumbs up Jermaine!!)
The day was hot and steamy but we managed to get several great images despite it all.

I have never been one for many words and this post won’t prove to be any different but I will, however, allow my images to speak for me.
The bench scene was one of my favorites because you can see the great time we were all having early on in the session. These smiles were not forced or fake but instead, an example of the type of day we had.
Although in the next image, Jermain’s expression was not smiles, I really liked this image of him.
Here was just a relaxed moment as Jermaine looked over at his future wife.
This is the image after the happy couple got the chance to sit together in front of the camera. It came so naturally as did many of the evening.
This next image was just one example of the connection these two had and how easy it would be to get a great image every time I pressed the shutter.
I like the playfulness and color of this nest shot.
What session would be complete without a closeup? Look deeply into her eyes and you can see my silhouette!
This next one is another that is full of color and great expression and connection between the two.
As the sun got lower in the sky, I thought it would be nice to use the sun to give some lighting to their heads and was quite pleased with the results
This next one was one of my favorites from the evening but then again, I have several favorites!
Can you see the playfulness in their faces as we pulled this one off? I couldn’t help but laugh myself because they were actually entertaining to me!
This next image just screams COLOR!!
