When I scheduled this appointment for today, I had no idea that I would enjoy it more than the potetnial bride! This outing was only supposed to be a scouting outing for ideas and permission to use the airstrip.
Let me back up for just a moment. I was asked by a client to have her portraits taken at an airport since that’s where she and her fiancée met. I took this idea to Michelle Jackson of the J B Williams Airport where she agreed to meet with me this morning and was so glad that I did! Michelle is truly a gem and one of the warmest people I’ve met in a very long time! Not only did she have ideas to bring to the table for a project that I was supposed to be working on, but she went over and above – really! I felt like a kid on a field trip that was on the same day as my birthday and Christmas!! 🙂
Not only did Michelle have ideas, but she actually allowed me to get in several planes and took me on a personal tour of the grounds where I met other pilots and instructors. This was supposed to be a business and scouting trip but ended up being one of the best days I’ve had in a while!
I was able to take a few pictures with my iPhone to show you just a glimpse of what I experienced but you should be sure to stay tuned because this is just the beginning of what will be a great experience for me my client ; )
